Category: Kugel Hernia Patch

Four Composix Kugel Mesh Patch recalls were initiated between December 2005 and January 2007, by the manufacturer, Davol Inc., due to device defects. The patch recalls were announced following numerous reports about broken recoil rings, responsible for opening the patch after being implanted in patients.

This defect can lead to serious adverse health effects such as abdominal pain, bowel perforations and in some cases even death.

If you have been implanted with a Kugel Mesh Patch and have suffered any adverse health effects as a result, you could consult our Hernia Patch Lawyer who can help you go over you options and possibly help you recover compensation for any injuries you may have suffered following hernia surgery.

You can use the button located on the right "Ask an Attorney" for a free consultation with our Hernia Lawyer.
